This was stitched especially for the counsellor who helped me through a very difficult time with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and severe depression. I desperately wanted to show her how thankful I was for her support and the best way I could do it was to stitch something as she was the one who had encouraged me to take up stitching again as I slowly felt better.
